State-of-the-Art Instruments To support large molecule method development, ABC has invested in the latest platform--electrochemiluminescence (ECL) by Meso Scale Discovery--which opens the door to hundreds of methods to provide a wider range of analysis. In addition to the ECL platform, ABC continues to offer the traditional SpectraMax® Plus384 platform for conventional ELISA modes of detection (UV, fluorescence, chemiluminescence and polarized light). This platform creates a much more sensitive, robust ELISA method with greatly-improved selectivity. One of our Large Molecule Specialists transfers testing materials to one of our ECL devices.
